A hard-fought and entertaining Championship Series ended with the Plattsburgh Cardinals sweeping a doubleheader at home to defend their CVBL title.  Tom Neale proved to be the difference for the Cardinals: his heroics on the mound secured both doubleheader victories, and earned him Most Outstanding Player and Most Outstanding Pitcher honors.  For Hockey Plus, the series was an admirable effort by a franchise in only its second season of existence, and a possible indicator of further success in seasons to come.  The following resources have been gathered to capture the excitement of the series:
