The following section lists the CVBL's final regular-season statistical leaders for 2009, as compiled by official team statistics submitted to the league.  League Leaders from previous seasons can be found here: 2008, 2007.  Only those statistics officially submitted to the CVBL by its member teams are used to compile this section.  Please take note of the following stipulations regarding the League Leaders section:

- A statistical category must be submitted by a majority (4) of the league's teams to be considered for inclusion in the League Leaders section.

- Formula-based statistics are calculated using only those components recorded by all teams that have submitted statistics to the league.  For example, on-base percentage as posted in this section does not take hit by pitch data into account, since not all teams keep track of that statistic throughout the season.  Due to these occasionally truncated formulas, the statistics listed on this page may differ slightly from those submitted by member teams.

- Categories marked with a * denote that a statistic is non-cumulative and is therefore subject to an eligibility requirement.  For batting statistics, such categories require that a player have accumulated a minimum of 1.5 at-bats per regular season game (29-30 AB).  For pitching statistics, the requirement is a minimum of 1.5 innings pitched per regular-season game (28.2-30 IP).
